When you interact with RAWCAST, we may collect:
- Contact data: name, email address, and any information you voluntarily include when writing to us.
- Technical data: browser type and version, operating system, referral source, pages visited, timestamps, and anonymized IP address. With your consent, this data is collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled.
- Usage data: if you are a beta user, stream configuration, encoding parameters, and service usage metrics.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Google LLC: if you consent to analytics cookies, anonymized usage data is processed by Google Analytics 4. Google acts as a data processor under our instructions. We have not enabled advertising features or data sharing with Google for advertising purposes.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and cloud services necessary to operate RAWCAST.
- Professional advisors: accountants and legal counsel, under confidentiality agreements.
- Regulatory authorities: where required by law.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including by Google LLC (United States) for analytics purposes. Where this occurs, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Contact data from inquiries is retained for up to 24 months after last interaction.

We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or other applicable US state privacy laws. We do not engage in targeted advertising based on personal information.
If you are a US resident and wish to exercise your rights under applicable state privacy laws — including the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information — contact us at hello@rawcast.io. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request.
